SOLAR WARDEN is made by Paladin Labs LLC, 350 Massachusetts Ave, Suite 300, Indianapolis, IN 46204, USA. This page explains what we collect on solarwarden.ai and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you join the early access waitlist.
- Basic logs. Like any website, our hosting provider records technical details when you visit: your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for, and the time. These are used only to keep the site running and protect it from spam and attacks, and are kept for a short time.
We don't ask for your name, payment details or anything else, and we don't use advertising cookies or ad tracking on this site.
Spam check and cookies. To stop spam bots, the waitlist form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals such as your IP address and browser details. Cloudflare also uses these signals to improve Turnstile, as described in its Turnstile privacy notice. This site sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie when it checks for bots; it is needed to protect the site and is not used for advertising.
Why we collect it
We use your email only to tell you about SOLAR WARDEN early access and launch news. We won't send you anything else, and we won't add you to other mailing lists.
Where it's stored
Your email is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site, in the United States. Cloudflare handles it on our behalf and may not use it for its own purposes.
We don't sell or share it
We don't sell your email, rent it, or share it with anyone for advertising. We would only disclose it if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If SOLAR WARDEN doesn't launch, we'll delete the waitlist.
How to unsubscribe or delete your data
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. To have your email deleted, or to ask what we hold about you, write to [email protected] and we'll take care of it within 30 days.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask to see, correct or delete your information. If you are in the EU or UK, we rely on your consent when you join the waitlist, and you can withdraw it anytime by unsubscribing. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. If we ever want to use your email for something new, we'll ask you first.
